As an A.G.E.S. Member, you are free to cancel your membership at any time by following these simple steps:
It is the responsibility of all A.G.E.S. Members both to manage their subscription and to cancel their membership should they choose to do so.
A.G.E.S. Members that cancel their membership after the monthly membership fee has been processed will have access to their membership until the day of what would have been their next billing cycle. Without exception, there are no refunds for membership fees once the membership fees have been processed.
In order for an A.G.E.S. Membership to be cancelled before the next billing cycle, the member must request cancellation at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the upcoming billing cycle in order to guarantee their membership is cancelled prior to the billing cycle. Cancelling with less than 3 days prior to the upcoming billing cycle may not guarantee the payment method on file is not processed.
Cancelling your A.G.E.S. Membership and then re-registering to receive another free trial period is strictly prohibited. Any person attempting to do so, may be banned and prevented from attending Member’s Only events in the future.
If you have any issues attempting to cancel your A.G.E.S. Membership from your dashboard in www.MyEHIAloha.org, please contact Customer Support at My********@**********************te.org for help. Enter ‘A.G.E.S. Membership Cancellation’ in the email subject heading. Please do not email Customer Support to cancel your membership without first attempting to cancel your membership from our dashboard. Customer Service will only intervene in these situations where there is an error with the account or website.
